1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything from the Website, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose. 

• We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the Website and the services offered on the same or any portion thereof at any time without notice, for general maintenance or any other reason whatsoever. 

• We reserve the right to periodically make improvements or changes in the Website at any time without any prior notice to you.

 

3. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS 

• While the Platform strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all content, including pricing, availability, and descriptions which are provided by the Platform through or for a Third Party. 

• All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, update or regulate the bookings, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

• The Platform only acts as a trip planner or organizer. The Platform is not in any circumstances responsible for any change, alteration, modification or cancellation of any booking or reservation made on the Platform for any services provided by a Third Party.

 

4. PRICES AND CHARGES 

• When you make a booking or reservation, you agree to pay the cost of the travel experience, including any charges and taxes that may apply. 

• Some of the prices you may see have been rounded to the nearest whole number. The price you pay will be based on the original, ‘non-rounded’ price.

• The Platform is not responsible for any further charges or costs that may be incurred due to any reason that is not under the control of the Platform or for payment of any penalty, fine or any charge levied by any Government Authority, Port Authority, Customs Authority whether within India or outside the territory of India.

 

5. PAYMENTS 

• All payments if made through the Website are processed securely. If any payment is made, you agree to adhere by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

• You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. We are not liable for any delays or issues resulting from inaccurate information.

• Refunds are subject to our policies. Requests must be submitted within reasonable period as mentioned in our policies to be eligible for a refund.

• We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your payment details.

• All payments made and any dispute arising with result to failure or error in payment made through Website shall be only subject to jurisdiction of Courts in Gurugram District, Haryana, India.

• We shall not be liable for any act of commission or omission if you share directly or indirectly your account details such as username or password with any person or entity other than the creator of the account.

• We shall not be liable for any act of commission or omission by any person or entity using the account who is not the creator of the account.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel bookings or reservations at our discretion.

• The Trademarks, Service Marks, and Logos used on our Website are the property of ours. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or any services provided.

• We are not liable for any death or personal injury caused to any person who avails services through our Website either on any trip offered through the Website or otherwise.

• We are not liable for any financial loss or damage caused to any person, property or goods of the person availing the services offered through the Website either on any trip offered through the Website or otherwise.

• We are not liable with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence on part of any Service Provider.

• We are not liable for any act of commissions or omissions which are not under our reasonable control or are hindered or restricted from carrying out any act or assurance due to any act of force majeure or any reason not under our reasonable control.

• We are not liable for any failure of any person to avail services through our Website due to invalid documentation, criminal conduct, failure to obtain valid documents, any rule or order restricting such services and having authority of law.

• You agree to obtain necessary travel insurance for use during any services obtained from the use of the Website. We are not liable for any costs, losses, damages, payments or charges made to any Hospital, Medical Services, Medical Service Provider, Ambulance or Paramedic Services for any situation or problem occurring during the course of the services offered through the Website.

• No Suit, Civil or Criminal Proceedings, and/or Arbitration Proceedings shall be initiated against us for your use of our Website or any services provided.

 

10. OBLIGATIONS TO OBTAIN VISA

• International bookings made through the Website are subject to the requirements of Visa including but not limited to Transit Visa, “OK TO BOARD” which are to be obtained by you as per requirement of their travel bookings and the requirements of the Countries, you intend to visit or transit through.

• We are not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising out of such Visa requirements and is also not liable to refund any amount to you for being unable to utilize the booing due to absence or denial of Visa, irrespective whether or not you have availed the services for Visa Process too.

 

11. FORCE MAJEURE

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, cancellation, refund or costs incurred due to various reasons like but not limited to Act of God, Labour Unrest, Insolvency, Pandemic, Epidemic, Business Exigencies, Government Decisions. Judicial Rulings or Decisions, Terrorist Activities, Operational or Technical Issues, Route and Flight Cancellations, Weather Issues etc. or any other reason beyond our control.

• If we have advanced knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to you or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported or refunded by that respective service operators.

• You agree that in the event of non-conformation of booking due to any technical reasons or any other similar features, our obligation shall be limited to refunding the booking amount, if any received by you. Such refund shall absolve us of all liabilities with respect to that transaction.

• In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, and other damages like damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or any other Sales Channel.

 

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website.
