Your stay is just as much a part of the travel experience as the sightseeing. That’s why we’re deeply conscious about the hotels we choose. With our roots in the hospitality industry, we don’t settle for less, we select charming boutique properties or renowned international / local hotel brandsthat offer both comfort and character.
Most importantly, our hotels mostly are centrally located, so once you're back from the tour, the city is still at your doorstep, giving you the freedom to explore, relax at a café, or soak in the local culture without long transfers or isolation.
P.S.: There could be exceptions to this rule when we travel to more rustic areas where infrastructure is still developing — but we always communicate clearly in advance about the type of hotel you’ll be staying in.
We ensure you have access to familiar, comforting vegetarian meals, (and even Jain food), wherever you go. Our team coordinates with hotels and local restaurants well in advance, so your meals are never a cause for worry. At the same time, we believe food is a beautiful part of the travel experience. So while we include Indian meals, we also encourage you to savour the local flavours.
What’s a trip to Switzerland without trying cheese fondue? Or visiting Italy without a plate of handmade pasta or a scoop of authentic gelato? In Vietnam, the aroma of pho and strong Vietnamese coffee awaits. And in Hungary, you just can’t miss a warm bowl of goulash! With us, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix—comfort food when you need it, and delightful new tastes when you’re ready to explore
That said, it’s important to note that we assist with the process—but the final decision rests solely with the Consulate. We do not have any control over approvals or timelines and cannot offer guarantees. That’s why we strongly recommend booking your holiday well in advance and avoiding last-minute visa applications.
