DAY 1: Athens – Welcome to Athens, the historical capital of Europe, where the Old meets the New!!
- As per your flight timings, arrival in Greece.
- Arrive at Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, Athens, where our representative will meet you for your transfer. Proceed by coach to the hotel, complete check-in formalities, and relax after your flight.
- In the evening, enjoy a short panoramic drive through Athens, with a photo stop at the illuminated Acropolis. Continue with a walk through Plaka, the old town, followed by shopping time.
- Dinner at a traditional Greek tavern with folklore show and live music.
- Return back to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Athens.
DAY 2: Athens City tour “A journey through history”
- After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Athens, visiting the Panathenaic Stadium and driving past major landmarks like the Parliament, Syntagma Square, Temple of Olympian Zeus, and Hadrian’s Arch.
- Continue to the Acropolis to see its iconic monuments including the Parthenon, followed by a visit to the New Acropolis Museum.
- Return back to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Athens.
DAY 3: Athens – Mykonos
- After breakfast, check out and transfer to the port in Athens to board your ferry to Mykonos.
- Upon arrival, collect your packed lunch and proceed with your transfer to the hotel for check-in.
- Enjoy a free evening at leisure.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Mykonos.
DAY 4: Mykonos- city and island tour
- After breakfast, enjoy a free morning at leisure.
- Lunch at a restaurant, followed by a guided city tour and island tour of Mykonos. Begin with a walking tour through the charming medieval town (Chora), passing landmarks such as Manto Square, the Matoyianni shopping area, Little Venice, and the famous Panagia Paraportiani.
- Later, continue by coach to explore the island’s scenic beaches and countryside, including a visit to Ano Mera and its historic monastery.
- The tour ends at Paradise Beach for some leisure time.
- Return back to the hotel, and overnight stay at the hotel in Mykonos.
DAY 5: Mykonos- Santorini
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the port to board your speed boat to Santorini.
- Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to a local restaurant for lunch, followed by transfer to the hotel for check-in.
- Enjoy a free evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Santorini.
DAY 6: Santorini- city and island tour
- After breakfast, enjoy a Santorini island tour starting with the Monastery of Prophet Elias for panoramic views, followed by a visit to the traditional village of Pyrgos.
- After lunch, explore the famous Red and Black beaches of Perivolos and continue to Fira, the island’s capital, known for its charming white streets.
- End the tour at the picturesque cliff-top village of Oia, famous for its stunning views and iconic white-and-blue architecture.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Santorini.
Day 7: Santorini- Heraklion (Crete Island)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
- Later, transfer to the port to board your speed boat to Heraklion- the lively capital of Crete, known for its rich history and coastal charm. It is the gateway to the famous Knossos Palace and features Venetian landmarks like the Koules Fortress, along with vibrant streets, local markets, and authentic Cretan cuisine.

Day 8: Heraklion- city tour and Knossos

- Next, journey back in time with a visit to the legendary Knossos Palace, where myths and history come alive.

After finishing our Brazil–Peru trip, the feeling of what we’ve done in the last fifteen days is really sinking in.
Suddenly we’re all realising what a tour it truly was, two countries, seven internal flights (some at really odd times!), great shows, local cuisines, finding amazing Indian food restaurants in Brazil and Peru, the Amazon experience, climbing Machu Picchu, a helicopter ride to see the great waterfalls of Iguazu, experiencing the cultures of both countries… and above all, finding and making new friends.
All of this has been possible because of the KV Team.
This was my second trip with you guys, the first one being Japan, which was another great experience and we’re surely going to see the world many more times with you.

Glad to inform that we reached safely last night at 10:30 pm. The trip is fantastic and organised in a very friendly way as if it is a family function.
The itinerary, hotels, buses, drivers and local guides all are excellent and made us feel at home all through the journey.

Bhasker made everybody feel as if he is our family member so caring and loving all the way. The experience of the Antarctica cruise was unforgettable. Luxury and concern were the hallmarks of the cruise company and KareVoyage who made all the travel arrangements under the superbly watchful eye of Shefali Jain Mishra must be commended for no detail being too small for their attention and no want being too large for them to handle.
Shefali’s warmth had the right blend of making you feel independent yet not taking her eye off the ball as seniors do need and expect. All in all KareVoyage is highly recommended for seniors’ travel.
