KareVoyage are an award-winning travel and experiences platform that caters to the needs of travelers over 50 who like to travel in small groups and discover the world. As a team, we do our very best to ensure we deliver everything we promise. We keep the current gaps in mind that people over 50 experience while traveling. Therefore, we design our itineraries in a way that allows you to experience everything without feeling exhausted.
We understand that travellers aged 50+ may sometimes feel rushed on standard tours or may simply find themselves “tagging along” on family holidays. That’s why KareVoyage thoughtfully designs its journeys for 50+ travellers, bringing together like-minded guests with shared interests and a similar outlook on travel. With a comfortable pace, personal attention, and genuine care throughout the journey, we aim to make every guest feel relaxed, included, and well looked after.
At KareVoyage, we strongly believe in the comfort and warmth of small-group travel. Our groups are thoughtfully limited to 18–24 guests, allowing our team to offer more personal attention and care, while ensuring better bonding, smoother coordination, and a relaxed, hassle-free experience throughout the journey.
The KV Club is our exclusive senior-travel community. Members receive early access to newly launched tours, travel tips, and our newsletter, while also getting the chance to connect with friends made on previous trips.

Booking & Payment
You can express your interest through the KareVoyage website, call our travel advisors directly (+91 9910177670), or email us at travel@karevoyage.com. Once you select a tour, you secure your spot by paying a booking deposit.
No, you do not need to pay the entire amount at once. We require an initial registration deposit to hold your seat, and the remaining balance can be paid in staggered installments closer to your departure date.
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cheques in favour of Kare Voyage Private Limited. For our international guests, we also accept overseas payments directly into our USD account.
Absolutely! Many of our guests travel solo. We can pair you with a same-gender companion on a twin-sharing basis so you don't pay extra. If you prefer the privacy of your own room, a single supplement fee will apply.
03
Flights
Most of our group tours are comprehensive and include return airfare from a designated hub (e.g., Delhi or Mumbai). We also offer "Land Only" packages for guests who wish to arrange their own flights.
Yes. You can opt out of our group flight arrangements and book your own air tickets. Our KareVoyage team will guide you with the recommended flight timings and arrival details, so you can conveniently meet the group at the destination airport or the first hotel.
Yes. We understand airport navigation can be tiring. Upon request during your booking, our team will pre-arrange wheelchair assistance for your departures, transits, and arrivals.
Yes. Whether you are travelling with the group or flying independently, we can assist with upgrading your flight class, subject to airline availability and payment of the applicable fare difference.
04
Hotels
We carefully handpick premium 4-star and 5-star hotels, with a strong focus on the overall guest experience. At KareVoyage, we prioritise comfort, cleanliness, convenient locations, quality amenities, and warm hospitality to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay throughout the journey.
Yes. We prioritize hotels that have elevators, accessible bathrooms, spacious rooms, and fewer steps. We ensure the physical layout of the property is senior-friendly.
Rooms are typically allocated on a twin-sharing or double-sharing basis. We ensure couples get double beds (subject to hotel availability) and solo friends or paired travelers get separate twin beds.
Whenever possible, we choose centrally located hotels or properties with scenic, relaxing views. This cuts down on unnecessary daily travel time to monuments and markets, preventing exhaustion.
05
Food
Our itineraries usually include daily breakfast, along with curated lunches and dinners. We offer a balanced mix of authentic local cuisine (so you can experience the culture) and familiar Indian comfort food.
Yes, extensively. Whether you are in New Zealand or Uzbekistan, we pre-arrange pure vegetarian and Jain meals. We take this very seriously and work with local restaurants to ensure your dietary needs are respected.
Yes. Please inform our travel advisors about any food allergies, diabetic requirements, or specific aversions at the time of booking so we can instruct our hotel and restaurant partners accordingly.
While we provide ample, timely meals and occasionally some local treats, you are welcome to carry your favorite dry snacks for comfort during transit or between meals.
06
Road Travel on Tour
We carefully craft our itineraries to avoid unnecessarily long road journeys. We prefer breaking up long distances with overnight stays, scenic stops, or internal flights to keep the pace relaxed.
We use modern, air-conditioned luxury coaches. To ensure maximum comfort and legroom, we frequently use larger coaches than necessary (e.g., a 35-seater bus for an 18-guest group).
Absolutely. We plan frequent comfort stops at clean, accessible restrooms, allowing you to stretch your legs, grab a coffee, and use the facilities without any rush.
07
On Tour
Every group is accompanied by a highly experienced KareVoyage Tour Director from India. They handle all logistics, hotel check-ins, translations, and daily coordination, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
No. "Your Pace & Your Comfort" is our core philosophy. We strictly avoid rigid itineraries. Our mornings start at a comfortable hour, and we ensure you never feel rushed at any sightseeing spot.
Your well-being is our priority. Our Tour Directors are trained to handle emergencies, carry basic first-aid, and possess a network of local medical contacts, clinics, and doctors at every destination for immediate care.
We encourage travelling light and recommend carrying a medium-sized, 8-wheeled hard-case suitcase with compact packing. Porter services are available at most locations; however, at certain places, guests may need to roll their own luggage for a short distance, usually on a flat surface.
Certainly. It is your holiday. If you feel like skipping a monument or a day trip to simply relax at the hotel, enjoy the pool, or sleep in, you are completely free to do so.
08
Visa
Yes. We have a dedicated visa assistance desk that provides you with exact document checklists, fills out your application forms, and secures appointment dates for your international tours.
Visa fees are generally included in the tour package unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the itinerary.
For countries that require biometric data (like the Schengen zone, UK, or USA), you will need to be physically present at the VFS/Embassy center. We will guide you through this appointment. For e-visas, we handle everything digitally.
09
Insurance
Yes, comprehensive overseas travel insurance is mandatory for all international tours. It is vital for your safety, covering trip cancellations, baggage loss, and medical emergencies.
We strongly advise purchasing senior-specific travel insurance that covers pre-existing conditions in case of sudden, unforeseen complications abroad. We can guide you on the best policies available.
Yes. Our team can facilitate the issuance of a comprehensive travel insurance policy on your behalf, ensuring it meets the coverage requirements for your specific destination and age bracket.

Customized Holidays
While we are famous for our 50+ group departures, we also have a Purple Pudding division. We can curate a private, tailor-made itinerary specifically for you, your family, or a private group of friends.
Yes! If you are booking a private Customised Holiday through our Purple Pudding division for your family, travelers of all ages—including children and grandchildren—are welcome.
Absolutely. On our Purple Pudding division customized Holidays offer total flexibility. You choose your travel dates, preferred airline, exact standard of hotels, and the pace of the sightseeing.
Reach out to our travel advisors with your dream destination, approximate budget, travel dates, and the number of people. We will design a bespoke itinerary from scratch just for you.
11
Cancellation & Refund
Because we operate with small group sizes and boutique hotel partners, cancellations heavily impact the group. We have a tiered cancellation slab based on how close to the departure date you cancel. This is clearly detailed in your booking agreement.
The initial registration amount is generally non-refundable, as it is immediately used to secure flight seats and hotel rooms on your behalf.
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to insufficient group size or geopolitical issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your funds to a future departure.
Once a cancellation is confirmed and a refund is approved per the policy slabs, it typically takes 10 to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source.
12
Foreign Exchange (Forex)
Yes. We can connect you with RBI-authorized foreign exchange partners who can deliver local currency or load Forex cards directly at your doorstep at competitive rates.
We recommend a combination of both. A Forex travel card is highly secure and universally accepted for larger purchases, while carrying a small amount of local currency cash is essential for tips, small souvenirs, and local street food.
Since KareVoyage tours are highly inclusive (covering most meals, transport, and entry fees), you will primarily only need foreign exchange for personal shopping, alcoholic beverages, room service, or optional experiences not listed in the itinerary.
13
Feedback
We value your feedback immensely. At the end of the tour, you will receive a feedback form. You can also email us directly, share your photos with the KV Club, or leave a review on our Google/Facebook pages.
Yes! You can visit the "Testimonials" or "Purple Pudding" sections on Google & Tripadvisor to read heartfelt stories and watch video reviews from our senior travelers who have explored the world with us.
Absolutely. We love hearing from our community. Many of our upcoming itineraries are directly inspired by requests from our KV Club members. Let us know where you want to go next!
If you face any issue regarding your room, food, or comfort during the tour, please bring it to the immediate attention of your on-ground Tour Director. They are empowered to resolve issues instantly to ensure your holiday remains perfect.

Additional Specifics
Yes! At KareVoyage, we love to start the journey on a special, personalized note. Before departure, our guests typically receive Travel Accessories .
The safety of our senior travelers is our ultimate priority. If KareVoyage is compelled to postpone or reschedule a tour due to a force majeure situation (such as natural calamities, epidemics, or sudden geopolitical unrest), we immediately work with our airline and hotel partners to secure your bookings. While direct cash refunds are not applicable in these uncontrollable scenarios, your funds are safely kept in a credit shell. You are then given the flexibility to choose a future date for the same tour or even select a different destination once it is safe to travel again
